Hayat Capital is a niche financial services established in 2011, offering UK and international investment opportunities to its institutional and private clients.
We specialise in sector-specific investments, London Stock Exchange listings, UK Pre-IPO investments, UK ECM, New fund structuring and initiatives, British real-estate developments etc.
Hayat Capital, through its GCC office in Muscat, worked closely with the Government of Oman – then Muscat Securities Market to develop the capital market sector in the country.

Hayat Minerals
Besides financial investments and other advisory services, Hayat Capital has developed interests in the mining and construction sector since 2011.
In 2022, Hayat Capital entered into a partnership with the Government of Oman through investment and to exploit high-grade limestone minerals in the region. It manages this operation through its venture, Hayat Minerals, based in London and Muscat.
In addition to the existing quarry area, further, an understanding is established to invest in subsequent value-adding limestone processes in the northern and southern parts of the Sultanate.
